Goal 1
Maintain the maternity leave acquisition rate for women while promoting paternity leave for men
• Women: Maintain 100% leave acquisition rate
• Men: Increase to at least 20%
• (Current status: Women 100%, Men 0%)
Implementation Period & Measures:
From April 2025: |
Regularly share information about childcare leave policies and best practices of male employees taking childcare leave via the company portal to enhance employee awareness. |
From April 2026: |
Establish and publicize a consultation desk for childcare leave inquiries. |
April 2027: |
Encourage male employees whose spouses have given birth to take childcare leave through HR and department heads. |
Goal 2
Facilitate the use of caregiving leave, enabling employees with caregiving responsibilities to continue working and promoting diverse work styles
Implementation Period & Measures:
From April 2025: |
Continuously and regularly inform employees about caregiving leave policies, including paid leave for caregiving, to encourage utilization of the system. |
